Hello! My name is Kellie Trainor and I am the Executive Director at Carroll Child Care and Learning Center. I started working for CCCLC in November 2015 as the Lead Infant teacher. Working with the babies everyday was the absolute best! Over the years, I have worked my way into different management positions and in March 2020, I became the new Executive Director. I grew up in Manchester, MD but I now live in York, PA with my husband, 10 month old baby girl and have a baby boy on the way! I graduated from Stevenson University in 2014 with the plan of teaching in the public school systems. After graduating, I realized that wasn’t the path for me and decided to change my direction towards child care because I have always loved working with younger children. I love my job because I get to see, work and play with children every single day! Getting to watch children learn and grow brings me great joy and makes working fun! I look forward to working with the staff, children and families to help continue making CCCLC a great child care program!
